Not every tree needs to come down, and not every branch needs cutting. Anton looks at what's actually going on with a tree, its health, the risk, and the impact on the rest of the property, and recommends pruning or removal based on what it genuinely needs.
Every job is assessed on its own merits, not treated as a default removal:
Pruning keeps a tree, cutting back what's overgrown, damaged, or in the way.
Removal takes the whole tree out because it's dead, diseased, or become a genuine risk to the property. Anton has a look in person and recommends whichever actually fits the tree in front of him, not the more expensive option by default. Where removal leaves the rest of the property overgrown too, that's covered under a full garden clean-up.

A few signs it's worth getting a tree looked at:
Dead or hanging branches, bark damage, fungus, or other visible disease.
A lean that's changed or gotten worse, branches growing into power lines, roofs or fences, or a tree that's simply grown too large for where it is.
Logs and branches are taken away as part of the job, not left for the property owner to deal with. Where a stump is left behind, it can be treated so it doesn't regrow, the same way it's been handled on past jobs, rather than left to keep sprouting. Overgrown hedges cleared alongside a removed tree are covered under hedge & topiary trimming.
